This Shipping & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions associated with orders placed with JGLO Lashes.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and any scheduled business closures.

During periods of high order volume, sales events, or holidays, processing and delivery times may be extended. Any significant updates regarding processing delays or time off will be announced via Instagram at @jglolashes and reflected on our website when applicable.

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Methods

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected delivery method.

  • Overnight shipping is available for delivery addresses within the continental United States only.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

JGLO Lashes ships to all valid U.S. addresses and U.S. territories, including P.O. Boxes, via USPS.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active. Tracking updates can be viewed through the carrier’s website or our tracking page.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

JGLO Lashes is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to an order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

JGLO Lashes is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Retain all original packaging and damaged items, as they may be required for claim processing.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees
  • The customer is also responsible for any redelivery costs

JGLO Lashes is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to inaccurate shipping information provided at checkout.


International Shipping Policy

International shipping is not currently available.

We are actively working to expand our shipping options and will notify our international J ♥ GLO babes once international shipping becomes available.


Return Policy

This return policy applies to all purchases, including wholesale orders.

Due to sanitary and health reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once items have been delivered.

All sales are final.
No refunds. No exchanges.
