How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are shipped from the United States.
- Domestic orders: Processed within 3–5 business days. Transit time is approximately 3–7 business days.
- International orders: Processed within 3–5 business days. Transit time varies based on destination.
Please note: During holidays, sales events, or peak seasons, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended. Any unexpected delays will be announced on our Instagram at @jglolashes.
Do you ship to PO Box addresses?
Yes, we ship to all domestic PO Box addresses via USPS only.
What forms of payment do you accept?

How much is shipping?
Shipping within the United States and Puerto Rico is calculated at checkout.
Shipping rates vary depending on destination and selected shipping method.
Why isn’t my tracking number updating?
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for updates to appear.
In some cases—especially with USPS—tracking updates may be delayed. USPS provides tracking as a courtesy, and packages are sometimes picked up in bulk without individual scans. While tracking may not update immediately, your order is still in transit and will be delivered as normal. Tracking often updates once the package reaches your local delivery hub or upon delivery.
Why am I receiving an error when attempting to complete my order?
Please double-check all billing information, including:
- Billing address
- Name on card
- CVC security code
Your billing address must match the address associated with your bank or card issuer.
I need to make changes to my order. What should I do?
Order changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order and can only be made if the order is still marked as “processing” or “unfulfilled.”
Once an order is marked as fulfilled, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
JGLO Lashes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered. Please contact your local shipping carrier directly for assistance with delivery issues.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be replaced or refunded.
How do I return my purchase?
Due to sanitary and health reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once items have been delivered.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes! We offer a trade discount program for orders of 1,000 units or more.
