SHIPPING POLICY 
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
  
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
 
Shipment processing time: 
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends, holidays and any vacations [all updates in regards to time off taken will be announced on instagram at @jglolashes, any updates in regards to shipping and delivery will be posted]). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If for any reason there will be a delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. *Delivery delays can occasionally occur.*
  
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
*Overnight delivery service is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.*
 
Shipment to P.O. boxes: 
www.shopjglo.com ships to all addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories,
  
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: 
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within a period of 24 hours. Visit our tracking page to keep up with updates.
 
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
www.shopjglo.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
 
Lost, Stolen or Damaged:
www.shopjglo.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim for proof.
 
Incorrect Shipping Information:
If a package is returned to www.shopjglo.com due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. www.shopjglo.com is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
 
We are currently working to offer International Shipping. We will update our international J ♥ GLO babes as soon as it becomes available.

RETURN POLICY:

This return policy applies to all purchases made with us, including wholesale.
 
We understand that products may not always work out but for sanitary/health reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges once items have been delivered to the consumer.
