HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
All orders are shipped from Dallas, Texas.
Domestic orders are processed within 3-5 business days and transit time is approximately 3-7 business days.
International orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Transit time varies on the shipping destination.
If any delays are made we will announce them via instagram at @jglolashes.
 
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOX ADDRESSES?
Yes, we can ship to all domestic PO Boxes but only via USPS.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping inside the US and Puerto Rico is calculated during check out. Shipping cost varies depending on the shipping destination.
 
WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT UPDATING?
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving tracking number(s) to show any updates. On rare occasions, tracking number(s) may not update. This is particularly more likely with USPS. USPS provides tracking as a courtesy. As they pick up packages from our facilities, each one is scanned which starts the tracking process. However, USPS will sometimes pick up packages in bulk and not scan each package. This results in no tracking being available however, the item is still being delivered as normal. Once the item arrives to your home, the tracking is updated at that time. We are unable to control this issue since it is a USPS process. However, rest assured your item will be delivered.
 
WHY IS THERE AN ERROR WHEN ATTEMPTING TO COMPLETE MY ORDER?
Please double check billing information: billing address, CVC security code, and billing name. Please note, billing address is associated with your bank account.
 
I NEED TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER, HOW CAN I DO THAT?
If you need to change your order because you entered the wrong address, forgot to add an item, need to remove an item or any other reason, you must do this within 1 hour of placing your order. This can only be done if your order is still "processing" or "unfulfilled". We are not able to make modifications to your order after the order is marked as fulfilled. Contact us via email at jglolashes@gmail.com to ensure your order is corrected within time.
 
HOW DO I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
We understand that products may not always work out but for sanitary/health reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges once items have been delivered to the consumer.
 
DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE PRICES?
